When Michel Parent asked me to join the Leucan Shaved Head Challenge campaign, I did not hesitate a second and gladly accepted.
Through the last 20 years spent in training to become a cross-country skiing world champion, my body and mind were my two greatest allies. I had the privilege to push my body to the limit, day after day, thanks to the support of an outstanding team.
When I visited the CHUQ’s Centre mère-enfant Soleil, I saw firsthand how those children also push their bodies to the limit and truly benefit from the support of a wonderful team. You have to see it to believe it: those children’s strength and character know no bounds.
