Hi! My name is Mathis Auclair, I’m 14 years old, and this year, I am the spokesperson for the Leucan Shaved Head Challenge for High-Richelieu.
I was diagnosed with liver cancer in July 2021. Receiving the news was a very difficult moment.
Since then, I have gone through a biopsy, numerous hospitalizations, many tests and examinations, six chemotherapy treatments, a liver transplant, complications, viruses to fight, and the rejection of my new liver, fortunately, controlled by medication.
I’m inviting you to register for the Challenge to allow Leucan to continue to help children with cancer and their families so that they can keep hope, feel supported, listened to, heard, accompanied, and advised like we were when we needed it. Leucan helped us financially, physically, and emotionally. Thank you!
