On January 3rd, humorist and TV entertainer Jay Du Temple ended the “Bien faire” tour at the Bell Centre by taking part in the Leucan Shaved Head Challenge, presented by Proxim. In front of a crowd of 10,000 excited people, Jay had his famous hair shaved and donated $23,700 to Leucan.
Safia Nolin, Karim Ouellet and Charles Pellerin united with Jay
Jay Du Temple had some surprises in store for his fans in this last show. Karim Ouellet started off the night with a surprise performance, followed by humorist Charles Pellerin who opened Jay’s show throughout the tour. After making his fanslaugh for an hour and a half, Jay invited friend Safia Nolin to join him on stage for his shaving. Safia crowned Jay’s gesture of solidarity towards cancer-stricken children and their family by performing two songs. Both Safia and Charles donated a part of their professional fees to Leucan, to increase the amount of money given to the Association.
